Custom website Two ways to own

Own it now. Or own it in 12.

Same custom five-page website. One path costs less. One path keeps more cash in the business. Both end with files you can take with you.

Annual pricing is shown first. Switch to monthly below to see the actual payment shape for each path.

01 / THE FORK

A five-page website.
Two honest ways to pay.

The finished site and first-year care are the same. The difference is how quickly you pay the build balance and when the files transfer.

01 LOWEST TOTAL

Own It Now

Pay for the build separately and own the finished website as soon as the project balance is paid.

$960
FIRST YEAR

$600 website build + $360 first-year hosting and care

  • Custom website with up to five pages
  • First-year hosting, SSL, and routine technical care
  • Core metadata and search-ready structure
  • Direct support from the person who built it

OWNERSHIPWebsite files transfer when the project balance is paid

AFTER YEAR ONE$360/year for continued hosting and basic management, or take the site elsewhere

02 LOWEST UPFRONT

Own It in 12

Start without a separate design invoice and spread the website build across a 12-payment commitment.

$1,188
FIRST YEAR

$0 upfront design fee + first-year hosting and care

  • The same custom website with up to five pages
  • The same first-year hosting and technical care
  • A predictable first-year commitment
  • No forever-rental clause after the build is paid

OWNERSHIPWebsite files transfer after the 12th payment

AFTER YEAR ONE$360/year after the build is paid, or move the site to another host

= SAME FOUNDATION

Neither path is a website rental.

Own It in 12 is a fixed first-year payment path—not an indefinite subscription that turns off your website when you leave.

BUILD + CARE + EXIT

The build balance must be paid before the website files transfer. Third-party software and asset licenses remain subject to their own terms.

02 / THE PRODUCT

Focused scope.
No mystery math.

This is for a business that needs a credible, useful website—not an agency-sized discovery process.

01

Built for your business

The structure, copy direction, and calls to action follow how your customers actually decide.

02

Five useful pages

Enough room to establish the offer, proof, services, story, and an obvious path to contact you.

03

Fast and direct

Mobile-first development, clean technical foundations, and direct access to Anthony after launch.

04

A clean exit

Once the build is paid, the files are yours. Leave with a deployment package instead of starting over.

BASE SCOPE Up to 5 pages
MORE ROOM +$150 / standard page
CUSTOM SYSTEMS Quoted separately

Basic management covers hosting, routine technical care, and small text or image changes. New pages, major redesigns, ecommerce, booking systems, CRM work, and custom integrations are separate work.

03 / THE MARKET MATH

The low price is real.
So is the scope.

Web design prices are all over the map. These are current public examples—not identical proposals or a claim that every agency works the same way.

THE USEFUL COMPARISON

A popular $2,100/year model collects $1,140 more in year one and says subscription customers do not keep the site after cancellation. This offer starts at $960 in year one and transfers the files after the build is paid.

04 / REAL WORK

Different businesses.
No recycled personality.

The scope stays focused. The finished site still has to feel native to the business using it.

Local, one-stop-shop for anything regarding online business. Very transparent and down-to-earth/affordable. Helped me launch my online shop 3 years ago and the first person I call for any services related to my website, social media, or ecommerce.

Anthony did a great job recreating our website for my business. My website needed to be updated and he not only did an excellent job, but he did it very timely. I highly recommend!
02 A contractor from Fresno, CA Google Business Profile
The team at Polanco Advertising were awesome to work with and provided great guidance on not only style but compliance for our web property. We feel great about where we are with our online presence and we are light years ahead of what we had.

05 / THE NO-TRAP PROMISE

Keep me because I am useful.
Not because leaving is painful.

I do not want to win the work with a suspiciously low monthly number and turn it into a design bill that never ends.

One path costs less. The other protects cash flow. Once the build is paid, the site files are yours. If you leave my hosting, I provide the files and deployment notes so another host can take over.

06 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Read the fine print
before it is fine print.

What is the actual difference between the two paths?

The website and first-year care are the same. Own It Now has the lower first-year total. Own It in 12 removes the separate upfront design invoice and transfers the files after the 12th payment.

Is Own It in 12 a forever subscription?

No. It is a 12-payment path for the website build and first-year care. After the final payment, the paid website files are yours.

What happens after year one?

If I continue hosting and managing the site, care is $360 per year. Once the build is paid, you may also leave and host the files elsewhere.

What happens if I leave before all 12 payments?

The remaining build balance must be paid before the website files transfer. The written agreement will state the exact balance, cancellation process, and transfer terms.

What does basic management include?

Hosting, SSL, routine technical care, and small text or image changes. New pages, major layout changes, ecommerce, ongoing SEO, and custom integrations are separate work.

What exactly do I own?

Your domain, business content, and paid website files belong to you. Third-party tools, fonts, stock assets, and software licenses remain subject to their own terms.

Can I add more than five pages?

Yes. Additional standard pages are $150 each. Complex pages or custom functionality receive a separate quote before the work begins.

07 / YOUR MOVE

Pick a path.
I will build the direction.

No polished brief needed. Send the current site—or tell me what a customer should be able to understand and do when they arrive.

No payment is collected here. I review the scope personally and reply with the next practical step.
